1. Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at cs@rovaflex.shop with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that some items are not eligible for returns or refunds, such as gift cards, personalized products, perishable goods, or digital downloads.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support team at cs@rovaflex.shop with your order number and details about the issue. We will arrange for the exchange and provide you with further instructions.
4. Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
